Boost Trampoline Parks are seeking energetic individuals for Court Monitors & Party Hosts Positions, Cafe Assistant, Receptionist

A Court Monitor will be working directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing safety at the park. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.

**Some responsibilities of Court Monitor include**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience
- Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety and injury assistance
- Ability to identify equipment or customer safety issues
- Good energy and positive body language
- Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations
- Maintain our standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts
- Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management
- Resolve questions and concerns independently

**Some responsibilities of Cafe Assistant include**:

- Welcoming, friendly and polite manner.
- Good customer service skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Flexibility to cover for sickness and holidays.
- High standards of personal hygiene.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Basic math skills.
- The ability to multitask.

As a café worker, the main duties could include:

- Serving food and drinks to customers.
- Giving advice about food content, allergens and menu choices.
- Handling raw and cooked food safely.
- Working quickly and efficiently to maximise sales.
- Keeping the eating, serving and cooking areas clean and tidy.
- Operating the till - taking cash and card payments and giving out change and receipts
- Restocking fridges and freezers.
- Handling customer enquiries, comments and complaints.
- Clearing tables, dishwashing and other cleaning duties.

**Some responsibilities of Receptionist include**:

- Someone who is keen to develop themselves in a leisure-based sector.
- Self-motivated and motivational in a team environment.
- Confident in conflict resolution.
- Happy handling cash.
- Passionate about their personal, departmental and site KPI’s.
- Has a Strong customer service background.
- Able to identify gaps in the market and assist the business.
- Takes a keen interest in maintaining positive morale within the business.
- Confident in liaising with management on customers behalf.
- Basic understanding of computers and computer programs.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
