As a **Sales Progressor**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of residential sales, guiding them from the initial stages to successful completion. Your exceptional communication skills will be utilised to liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and home buyers/sellers, ensuring that all parties are kept informed and engaged throughout the process. We are seeking individuals with residential sales or conveyancing knowledge who take pride in achieving milestones and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**The Role**
- Facilitate residential sales through to completion.
- Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and their customers, providing frequent progress updates.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales.
- Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including estate agents and IFAs.
- The realistic caseload of max 75 at a time.

**The Person**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Exceptional organization and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
- Background in conveyancing or property.
- Knowledge of the home moving process.
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
