As part of our commitment to excellence, Tuntum Housing Association is seeking a proactive and organised Compliance Administrator to join our Asset Management Team.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Safety & Compliance Lead and the broader Asset Management Team, reporting to the Property Services Team Leader. Responsibilities include maintaining procedures to manage the Association's building stock effectively, ensuring it meets required standards.

This position requires a combination of relevant and up to date experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate administrative tasks related to Health & Safety (H&S) and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, emergency lighting schedules, fire and smoke alarm testing, fire door inspections, and entry system maintenance
- Maintain up-to-date compliance certificates for gas, electrics, energy performance, and asbestos across all sites.
- Update and manage compliance databases, providing regular reports to the Safety & Compliance Lead.
- Assist in scheduling repairs and raising works orders for contractors and Direct Trade Operatives (DTOs).
- Liaise with DTOs and contractors regarding documentation and ongoing remedial works.
- Manage customer appointments and address access issues, escalating as necessary through Housing Services.

**Requirements**:

- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and health & safety awareness.
- Experience in dealing with contractors, suppliers, and customers/residents.
- Proficiency in managing spreadsheets, running reports, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Patience, understanding, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Desirable**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with Mail Merge in Windows and Omniledger or other Housing Management software.
- Health & Safety and compliance training.
