**TEMPORARY COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR**

**IMMEDIATE START**

**MONDAY TO FRIDAY**

**8:00AM -17:00PM**

**£25,000 PER ANNUM**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as appropriate
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles is a plus

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.
