**Job description**:
This position is for a Senior Consultant working at our Manchester office, focusing on Finance recruitment. As a Senior Consultant on the Finance team you will be responsible for sourcing professionals within specific sectors whilst developing new business with clients.

**About the role**

As Senior Consultant your responsibilities will be:

- The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within the finance and commerce and industry markets, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base.
- You will be responsible for achieving set targets.
- Defining clients' requirements whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture and client's annual growth plans

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years' experience within agency recruitment
- Experience recruiting across Finance is beneficial but not an absolute
