We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work in a busy Estate Agency environment. Responsibilities include: Assisting office Manager with office responsibilities, day to day customer enquiries in person and on phone, complying with all regulations, referencing process, organise diary, confirming viewings, inventory, ensuring the office is adhered to company policies, customer service and maintaining positive attitude and encouraging other team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have knowledge of office equipment and basic secretarial skills.
- Organise office space, supplies, and equipment.
- Assisting the Office Manager to share work load.
- Provide clerical support.
- Manage property inventory.
- Ensure property referencing are completed on time.
- Answer phone calls and maintain information about callers and their messages.
- Handle problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: £21,750.00-£22,750.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
