Senior Event Cordinator - Chelsea area -London

**4 days office based 1 day home working **£45k-60k

My client a leading Events & Travel company are looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to join their London or New York team, and come on board as a highly organised, dependable and creative Event Coordinator to work on our key accounts. You will be working on multiple events, that include a combination of live, virtual, hybrid and SWAG/Merchandise projects, for some of the leading brands and industry names, while maintaining a keen eye for detail, strong communication and creative skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Confident in managing varying scales of budgets
- Creating detailed proposals
- Good understanding of global venues, alongside strong research skills
- Good understanding of AV and production
- Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Methodical, meticulous and structured approach to your everyday tasks
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to take initiative and to adapt a ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude
- Have experience of working on Live, Virtual and Hybrid events
- Event Merchandise experience in researching, sourcing and presenting is beneficial
- Solution driven
- A creative and organised mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another language would be considered an advantage
- Proven experience with IT programmes such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing your own events and client accounts
- Working with the team on larger projects
- Supporting Department Directors with divisional tasks

EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years minimum experience of working in the events industry

KEY POINTS
- The job role will require some travel, unlikely to exceed 30 days per annum
- The role is predominantly a 9am-6pm office based role, however additional hours may be required for event days and communications with other time zones (For the New York role)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
