**This is a London based role and you will need to be able to be in the office 2-3 days per week.**
The key responsibilities held in this role include:

- Liaising with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, ensuring that it is within budget and that an appropriate Job Profile is prepared.
- Creation of job adverts, liaising with marketing, job boards and recruitment agencies to post adverts.
- Manage the CV tracking and screening process, removing bias where possible, and if applicable, co-ordinating online ability tests.
- Manage the interview process and conduct 1st interviews jointly with managers, coaching them in the use of inclusive hiring practices.
- Effectively manage the offer and onboarding process.
- Produce regular and ad hoc MI.
- Provide the team with HR generalist support as required.
Key skills and experience required for this role include:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills to enable you to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with tight and conflicting deadlines
- The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience of leading the full recruitment cycle from creating a detailed job brief through to offering and onboarding the successful applicant(s) from either an agency or in-house environment
- Experience of using inclusive hiring methods to reduce bias at any stage of the recruitment process
- Experience of using direct sourcing methods such as Linked In Recruiter
