- This role is categorised as a _**_roam_**_ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role & The Person**:
We're looking for 2 Housing Services Support, for 37 hours per week. As Housing Services Support you’ll work with and support your colleagues to deliver a high quality, responsive experience for our customers in the delivery of housing and landlord services.

You’ll act as a first response team to quickly resolve customer enquiries, taking ownership and seeing things through. You’ll also support your colleagues to deliver a range of services within our neighbourhoods, including making sure they are a great places to live. You’ll work with your team to help to maximise income by supporting customers to pay their rent and supporting our housing services coordinators to quickly let our empty homes and also to look after our shared ownership and leasehold customers.

You’ll also carry out a range of really important tasks for the team, including raising orders, keeping our systems up to date and other administration duties to support your team.

You’ll be part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance is constantly on hand and training is provided so no specific housing-related experience is necessary - but as part of the front face of Thirteen, excellent customer service and attention to detail are key.

A full UK driving license or access to a vehicle and ability to travel across the region as required is essential.
