As a Business Support Administrator you will support our already very strong back office support team, working from home you need to be self motivated, versatile, flexible and able to deal with all customer requirements. You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills.

**Your primary role will be**:

- To be the first point of contact for all accounting queries
- To manage the credit control process with the support of the Business Support Manager
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date with payment terms
- Keep all customer files up to date on our bespoke systems
- Support with raising consumable orders
- Raise customer invoices and quotes for PO approvals
- Provide customer delivery information
- Supply general support and admin to the sales team, barista team, technicians, and management team
- Based from Home (commutable to Rugby)

Operating our own subsidiary business in the UK, we supply and support our end user customers directly with our own in house expert team, and that team is expanding, fast We are not your normal company and we are not looking for normal people. **Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
