**About PWR**

PWR Europe is a rapidly growing and important part of PWR Advanced Cooling Technology; an Australian owned company global market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance, automotive cooling solutions. As a worldwide leader in cooling technologies, PWR supplies high profile race teams in Formula 1, NASCAR, V8 Supercars, WRC, DTM, and LMP among others. PWR also has a strong presence in the automotive aftermarket and is continually growing OE business activities with high-end, prestigious customers.

In the last twelve months the UK business has grown from a small customer support team of 6 staff to over 30 staff as we have established a newly fitted out PWR advanced manufacturing and distribution centre in Rugby. Furthermore, we have a target to increase by an additional 30 staff over the next 12 months.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated business administration professional to join our fast-growing team. This is a role that requires competence and confidence both in general Human Resources support (including recruitment), accounts processing, purchasing and general business administration support. Exposure to payroll processing would be a distinct advantage.

This is a busy role, but you would have support; the Finance Manager in the UK has payroll knowledge and the HR Team based in Australia will keep in regular contact with you to assist. In addition, we have access to external specialist HR advice if required.

Your **People **responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- HR Documentation preparation and control
- Training Administration
- HR Systems maintenance, including Time and Attendance data
- Reporting as required

Your **Finance and Accounting** responsibilities will include providing support with:

- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Invoice and Purchase Order Generation
- General administration

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Mature and stable approach
- Experience with accounts administration processes
- Previous experience in payroll preparation and processing (Sage Payroll knowledge would be an advantage)
- A strong eye for detail and excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships
- Hunger to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Confident using software packages such a Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment
- More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out.
