**What will you be doing as Sales Support?**

This is a varied role which will comprise of providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department within our Telematics division. The main duties of the post will include processing existing sales enquiries, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Researching leads and referrals and gathering supporting information to assist with conversion
- Conducting pre-sales qualification to ensure that leads and referrals are passed to the relevant area of the business
- Building a rapport with the customer base to ensure the highest level of service is provided

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative thinker with the ability to problem solve
- Confident with Microsoft Office & CRM systems (Salesforce experience would be beneficial)
