Position Available: SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your psychology background to provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs, fostering their academic and personal development.
Employ evidence-based practices and data analysis to assess and enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
Offer one-to-one or small group assistance, implementing personalized strategies to address diverse learning needs.
Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.
Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive educational community.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Genuine interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative educational environment.
