Psychology Graduate Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in schools across Islington.
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an educational setting, working with children with special educational needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, assisting with tailored learning plans and behavioural strategies.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
What We're Looking For- A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
- A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a bonus, but not essential
