Sales Administrator

To optimise the commercial performance of the business in conjunction with the wider commercial team
- To identify key trends, opportunities and risks for the business. Communicate same to line manager and through CRM system
- Identify new business targets and key accounts.
- Gain commitment and trust for Cubis to work in partnership with clients.
- Provide market information feedback to the Marketing and Product Development departments directly and via CRM system
- Ensure a smooth and timely sales process to include the return of quotations, order acknowledgements and production information.
- Accurate pricing to maximise profitability in conjunction within estimating department.
- Assist with the preparation of forecasts and reporting both to the business and customers.
- Responsible for onboarding and helping all new and existing members of the commercial team
- Experience working within a busy sales office
- Experience between account management and identifying and delivering new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Customer focused while able to balance multiple stakeholders
