Job Title: Sales Administrator/ Transport

Department: Sales
The company works in conjunction with a European manufacturing group, with Midland distribution sites in West Bromwich. The company prides itself on delivering a high-quality service, developing its employees to the same standard. Reporting to the Sales Management, the successful Sales Executive will hold an important role within the company.
As a Sales Administrator your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Organizing day to day transport for customer deliveries and building strong relationships with couriers.
- Sales Order Processing.
- Purchase Order Processing.
- Booking in goods.
- Despatching
- Keeping tabs on transport spend in excel and reporting this on a monthly basis to management.
- Updating Sales information to the system
- Call handling.
- Managing ISO 9001 and other company industry approvals.
- KPI presenting and monitoring.
- Assisting with H and S administration.
- Filing.
- Reviewing credit limits
- Self-motivated.
- Target Driven.
- Demonstrable sales admin experience.
- Aware of the confidential nature of the role.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Full and clean driving license.
- Flexibility.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm
Friday - 8:00 to 4:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
