**Salary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year + Discretionary Bonus**

Monday to Friday (Monday/Friday from home / Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in CW).

Experience - EA/PA: Minimum 2 years at a Senior/Executive level (required)

**Main Purpose of Job**
- To provide comprehensive executive assistance and support to the Managing Partners (x3) within Pinnacle Wealth Management.
- Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, facilities, information and other resources.

**Key Responsibilities of the Job**
- Ability to manage and prioritise internal and external demands to the Managing Partners
- Manage each Managing Partners tasks list ensuring timing completion and tracking of tasks.
- Diary management and meetings management for Managing Partner
- Ensure the Managing Partners are fully prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information
- Planning and managing partners and Pinnacle wide events
- Managing visitor access and passes into the Pinnacle Office for all staff/visitors
- Manage the full end to end onboarding process for all new starters and offboarding process of leavers.
- Manage the IT set up and configuration of Pinnacle devices for new starters
- Manage the central room booking system for the Pinnacle office to ensure devices and technology are always operating as required.
- Manage and control staff building access passes
- Support the stock management for office stationary
- Support the recording and logging of facilities matters relating to the Pinnacle / Canary Wharf Group
- Business actions i.e sending Birthday and Christmas cards and organising gifts
- Inventory of office supplies and managing stock accordingly
- Making and booking events, trains, hotels and reservations as required
- Any ad hoc requests the Partner may want you to undertake
- Support to the Operations Manager in ensuring the effective running of the Executive Support function to the Managing Partners
- Act as a Fire Marshall (Training will be provided)

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
