**Here is some of what you’ll be doing**
- Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA)
- Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed
- Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence
- Supporting IQA activities as required
- Completing peer to peer moderation and observation
- Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours
- Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews
- Maintaining documentation on learners' progress and ensuring audit compliance
