**Role Overview**: As a Principal Statistician with you'll play a pivotal role in leading statistical work within projects and indications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely solutions for our client. From project leadership to methodological advancements, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of clinical research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead statistical contributions to studies, development plans, and regulatory strategies.
- Direct project work to meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Provide decision support for informed business choices.
- Mentor and support the education of statistics staff.

**Requirements**:

- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and/or SAS.
- Strong knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in independent research and innovative statistical solutions.
- Familiarity with Bayesian statistics.
- Track record of methodological development supported by scientific publications.
