This is an exciting opportunity for a **Contract Performance Executive **to join our team, and play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for delivering an efficient and professional service to all customers.
**This is a** **hybrid work from home role with weekly visits to our HQ based near Birmingham**, and when you join us, you’re supported in developing your own career too, surrounded by a team of passionate people driven to keep customers moving_._
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for producing insightful presentation packs for customer contract review meetings for the account management team to present.
- Support the Account Management Team with data insight and trend analysis.
- Support projects and continuous improvement programmes where required.
- Provide all necessary reports as required by the Account Management team.
- Support internal projects as requested by the business
- Manage and co-ordinate customer profile changes within the team ensuring the correct governance and approval process.
- Monitor legal compliance and fleet scheduling through dynamic dashboards within Qlik.
- Review and monitor invoice accuracy where required.
- Support service credit mitigation for allocated customers.
- Work with IT and be the lead in the team for raising IT requests for customers where required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Customer service experience
- Highly numerate and excellent written skills
- Analytical, curious, problem solver, lateral thinker
- Ability to work at pace and to deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
