Job Summary

MEDINET is seeking a highly experienced Contract Performance Specialist to drive operational excellence within a designated region. As a key member of our team, you will oversee contract delivery, manage a team of senior and clinical coordinators, and collaborate closely with Customer Account Managers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of Senior Coordinators and Clinical Coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance and optimal service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for issues related to bookings, contract delivery, and day-to-day operations within the region.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and meeting financial targets. Oversee agency staff utilization and employee uplifts.
  • Collaborate closely with CAMs to address operational issues, providing valuable insights during trust calls.
  • Lead new contract mobilization, ensuring all operational aspects are in place, including staffing, logistics, and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably within insourcing or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams across multiple specialties.
  • Experience in mobilizing new contracts and managing contract performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000-£49,990 (dependent on experience).
