**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire sales process with an emphasis on hands-on deal-making and direct client engagement.
- Actively participate in showroom sales, embodying the company's commitment to delivering a luxury experience to every customer.
- Oversee vehicle procurement, aligning selections with brand ethos and customer expectations.
- Implement promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Curate showroom displays to maximize brand impact and customer interaction.
- Handle high-level customer inquiries with finesse, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with external entities, such as financing companies, ensuring a seamless purchase process for customers.
- Mentor and train the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives, while leading by example in sales prowess.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in vehicle sales management with a track record of hands-on sales achievements, preferably in the luxury or bespoke automotive sector.
- Passion for direct sales and the ability to close deals with discerning clients.
- Strong strategy proficiency with the capability to develop and execute Strategic Sales Plans.
- Exceptional leadership qualities paired with persuasive and direct sales abilities.
- Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and meet ambitious targets.
- Collaborative mindset with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: £45,000 OTE £70,000
