The key duties of the Head of Sales – hospitality will be as below: Duties:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the hospitality sales team.
- Cultivate relationships with key hospitality clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sales strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Proven success in hospitality sales leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
