As a Schools' Thought Leadership Partner, you will work closely with school leaders and educators to develop and implement strategic thought leadership initiatives that promote innovative and effective teaching and learning practices, whilst helping to develop Twinkl products. You will be responsible for driving the development of research-based insights, sharing best practices, and building a network of thought leaders, expert teams and influencers in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead thought leadership initiatives in the education sector, including research studies, white papers, and opinion pieces on relevant topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, school leaders, educators, and external partners to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in education and leverage insights to develop thought leadership content.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to share thought leadership content and build a network of education influencers.
- Provide expertise and support to school leaders and educators on best practices for teaching and learning, and facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the education community.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities to disseminate thought leadership content and engage with the education community.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education policies, trends, and research to inform thought leadership content and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in education, including direct experience of working within a senior leadership position in a school.
- Strong knowledge of education trends, policies, and research, with a proven track record of developing and implementing thought leadership initiatives.
- Be influential or connected directly with those who are.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and present to a variety of audiences.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including school leaders, educators, policymakers, and influencers.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving teaching and learning practices.
