Please note this is a Self Employed role so will require the individual to be a self starter and self motivated. We will facilitate their growth and work closely to ensure they grow both personally and professionally.
We will also have stock to rent out which we will pay a fixed commission on, but the individual would also be required to build their own list of Landlords to assist in the renting of their properties.
Duties
- Collaborate with other partners to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth for the organization
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on relevant regulations and policies
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Experience
- Willing to learn and adapt style of working to improve results.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Have industry experience in Lettings.
