Maintenance/ Handy Person

Ramsey Step Down & Care Centre is a family run business based in Ramsey, Harwich. We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and friendly Maintenance/ Handyperson to join our team on a part-time basis working 21 hours per week.
The Maintenance/Handyperson’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of maintenance implementation and delivery
- Implement actions as detailed in the maintenance schedule to ensure that maintenance standards across the centre are upheld.
- Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise.
- Ensure the service users’ rights are protected.
Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
Training and a full induction will be provided.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
