Reporting directly to the Store Management Team you will deliver maximum sales and profit through continuous personal improvement and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards

- Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
- To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training
