**Job Role**:
You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers therefore you must have good communication skills and listening skills. Some of your duties will consist of:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking clients in on the software, rearranging appointments and taking payments
- Ensuring daily sale targets are met
- Staff are running on time for treatments and assisting as and when required to prepare treatment rooms.
- Consultations
- Offering tea / drinks to clients
- Ensuring reception area is kept tidy and stock has been replenished
- Assisting management in all other duties assigned to you

You must have good communication skills and be computer literate. You should be able to use excel and word furthermore be confident when dealing with clients. You must be able to work on your own using your own initiative and ensure sales are met. Our clinics are very busy so you should be able to work under pressure. *Full training will be provided*

**Opportunities**:
Our Ealing branch is open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Weekends 10am to 6pm.

Part Time: Thursday 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am-6pm total of 17 hours a week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
