YOUR ROLE
Our Aerospace Operation in Hamble has an exciting opportunity for a highly focused and customer orientated Compliance Admin Controller to join our team where you will maintain operational standards whilst protecting CEVAs contractual and legislative liabilities by controlling and promoting compliance, best practice and continuous approaches.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into General Manager, you will maintain the certification schemes within the site ISO policies and ensure a standard approach to all policies and procedures in order to achieve results and support the business.
You will support with onsite auditing activities to ensure the effectiveness of site based systems such as operating procedures, work instructions, induction, training and other relevant site processes.
You will attend client meetings and promote the highest levels of internal and external customer care by driving process excellence and compliance standards. In addition you will also motivate and coach a team members through setting and agreeing of clear compliance goals.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you will have a proven experience of writing procedures and the ability to demonstrate and understand their purpose ideally within an aerospace or logistics industry environment.
You will have knowledge of quality processes, principles, concepts and methodologies.
You will be highly organized and able to prioritize your own workload as well as the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
You are capable of using IT based systems such as Microsoft Office platforms.
The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30 but flexibility is allowed.
