We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Administration Assistant to join our marketing team at an industry-leading, global medical device manufacturing company. This presents a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing company. Based in Burscough, Ormskirk, with the opportunity for hybrid working, you will provide a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager.

Care Surgical is an innovative global company focused on the design, manufacture and sale of patient positioning products and accessories. We are currently seeking a Marketing Administration Assistant to join us on a permanent, full time basis at our offices in Burscough.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across our global brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, excellent organisational skills and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and skills required include**:

- Website Product Listings: Updating product listings on our company websites. This includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, images and codes are displayed at all times.
- Content Creation: Assist with creation of content including blog posts, leaflets, social media, brochures, e-shots, newsletters, and more. Assist with the planning of and completion of product photoshoots and video shoots.
- Research: Research industry trends, assist with conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Instruction/Documentation Creation: Assist in the creation of user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials to support our products and services. This will involve working closely with the Marketing and Product Management Managers.
- Photo Editing: Basic use of Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software to enhance product images, resize and optimize images for online use, and ensure consistent visual branding across different platforms.
- WordPress Management: Assisting with the maintenance of company websites using the WordPress platform.
- Events Support: Support the Marketing Manager with research, planning and logistics of both domestic and International events.

**Schedule**:
Monday
- Thursday 9-5 | Friday 9-4 | This a hybrid role combining office-based working and working from home. The Marketing Team will be office-based on Mondays with the rest of week schedule open to be discussed with successful applicant. **Please note that during the initial training period the successful applicant will be required to be predominantly office-based.*.**

**About You**

**To be considered you will need**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents and presentations.
- Enthusiastic attitude to work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience producing marketing materials utilising content creation software e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite

**Preferred Experience (further training will be provided)**:

- Experience using WordPress to manage websites and make content updates.
- Experience utilizing Canva for content creation.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, for photo editing and graphic design tasks.
- Some experience in a related field is a plus.

- Preferred
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
