**razorblue role**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will design and scope innovative technical solutions for clients by collaborating with account management and business development.

You will leverage your expertise to provide detailed solution designs, specifications, and statements of work that address client needs while upholding razorblue’s commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with account teams to understand client requirements and scope potential projects
- Producing polished solution proposals and statements of work
- Thoroughly reviewing statements of work before client delivery
- Contributing to research & development initiatives to create new offerings
- Guiding junior technical team members and providing mentorship
- Staying current on critical technologies like Microsoft, virtualization, networking, cloud, and security

- Microsoft Stack experience including Office 365 experience.
- Windows Server installation & configuration
- Virtualisation
- Backup Solutions
- Networking - Installations & troubleshooting
- VoIP telephony - Installations & troubleshooting
- Advanced Networking and Routing - Extensive knowledge and experience including MPLS/BGP/OSPF
- Cloud Platforms - Experience with private & public cloud such as AWS & Azure
- A strong understanding of razorblue's business, processes and procedures
