Customer Service Coordinator

Working for a leading global manufacturing company, a Customer Service Coordinator position has arisen, joining a small and welcoming team with flexible hours and hybrid working.
A pivotal member of the Customer Service Team, you will be ensuring the customer receives first class service at all times.
Duties of the role include;
- Investigating and resolving any customer complaints
- Processing orders and raising quotations
- Ensure order and schedule timescales are adhered to
- Analyse and problem solve queries
Ideally you will have the majority of the following skills;
- Strong customer service background
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Engineering or Aerospace
- Any prior planning experience
- Sales order processing and quotations experience
- Good attention to detail and awareness of compliance procedures
Hours of work are 37 per week working Monday - Friday flexi-time, as long as core hours are worked from 9:15am - 3:45pm you are able to choose your start and finish time. Offering 25 days of annual leave plus stat, Christmas shutdown and a percentage basedannual bonus.
With a salary of £22-24,000p/a plus bonus and hybrid working available. Ideally with the model of 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Based near the Solihull area.
