Due to promotion within the company we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Paddock Wood.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment who takes pride in what they do and will take ownership on delivering a fast efficient service.

The hours required are 9 hours per day from 09:00 - 18:00; Monday to Friday.

For this role you will need to have excellent data input skills, a good telephone manner, be organised and above all, show flexibility and team work skills. You will need a high level of concentration and will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate service within the office.

The role is based in Paddock Wood, owing to our location, own transport is required.

**The Role**
- Ensure the arrival (Goods in) side of the business is set up correctly.
- Checking of Good Received Notes and send out turns.
- Print orders and breakdown lists.
- Check for order changes and print.
- Print and sort delivery notes.
- Work with other teams within the organisation to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Investigate claims and report back to Customer Service with findings.
- You will report into the Warehouse Manager and Site Manager on what work is being undertaken at the time.
- You must have accurate and efficient data input with excellent attention to detail as it will involve the inputting of customer arrivals, ensuring any amendments are made at the time of arrival as this will impact on the distribution orders for produce coming through our warehouses.
- You must have highly accurate keyboard skills; any errors could result in a customer claiming and have a costly effect on the business so this is of high importance.
- You will be happy to carry out repetitive work at a fast pace.
- You will need excellent communication skills as this role will work closely with our Warehouse, Customer Service and Transport teams.
- You will be responsible for printing and compiling the paperwork for each driver due out that evening.
- Customer focused; you will be the first point of contact for visiting drivers and customers and need to promote the excellent service the Fresh Service pride themselves on.
- You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- You should be self-motivated.
- You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard.
- To promote harmonious and effective working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service through a combination of communication, team work, motivation and leadership.
- Support to Warehouse operation as required (this is a hands on role).

**The Person**
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable).
- Good knowledge of warehouse / transport procedures.
- Accepts additional challenges and responsibilities.
- Administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Customer focused.
- PC literate.
- Proven experience within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Numerate and literate.
- Remaining calm when working under pressure.
- Experience with working with bespoke system.
- You should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- You must possess the ability to remain calm in a busy and sometimes hectic environment.
- Forklift trained (desirable, training will be given).

**Working**:

- 9 hours per day from 09:00 - 18:00; Monday to Friday
- Salary: £ 25,552.80
- Payment every 4 weeks
