**Receptionist**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Greet customers as they arrive at the office and answer incoming calls.
- Answering the phones in a polite and professional manner.
- Creating and entering daily logs and reports.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining the office cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as requested (mailing, filing).
- Working with other departments as needed (copy, marketing, sales).
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail; organized; able to multi-task; able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to follow through on commitments; able to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact.
- Ability to operate computerized office equipment including printers, fax machines, scanners, etc..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.43 per hour
