We're a **multi-award-winning** digital payments platform within the automotive industry. We work with over 4,000 automotive retailers, helping drivers to pay for motoring costs, accessories and other services through a variety of different payment options.

Bumper is a fast-growing payments scale-up and we’re excited to continue building on our growth having recently completed a successful Series B funding round. We’re looking to hire a dynamic and passionate **Outbound Sales Agent**, based in Sheffield.

Our Head Office is in Sheffield City Centre, and we have offices also based in London and Turkey. We've recently brought retailers in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands on board, and plan to expand further into Europe and beyond - world domination here we come

**A bit about the role...**

We are excited to begin the next phase of our growth and are looking for a **tenacious and ambitious person **looking to start their career in Sales or Customer Experience to join our growing team as an **Outbound Sales Agent**. You will be an **ambassador** for the brand and passionate about establishing Bumper as the No.1 partner of choice to a range of clients and customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You’ll have a key role in contacting dormant sites to understand their current status and reasons for disengagement
- You’ll conduct thorough discussions with sites to identify any obstacles preventing them from utilising our services and offer appropriate solutions or assistance
- You’ll collaborate with the Engagement team to develop and implement strategies for reactivating dormant sites and enhancing their user experience
- You will maintain a professional and engaging demeanour during all customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our brand values
- You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes, tracking progress towards reactivation targets and contributing to performance reports
- You’ll provide feedback and insights to the Engagement Team Lead to optimise outreach strategies and enhance the effectiveness of reactivation efforts
- You will work closely with the Engagement and Sales teams to leverage resources and expertise in supporting dormant sites and achieving collective objective\

**Now a bit about you**

We are a passionate and professional team, and are looking to hire a tenacious and determined individual, with a shared interest in our **scale-up journey** and with the aim to embed Bumper as the No.1 payments platform in Europe.

This position is currently being offered on a temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months, on **full-time** basis**. This role is available for an immediate start.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- You don't need to necessarily have experience in this type of role, but we are looking for someone with the tenacity to make lots of phone calls throughout the day and form relationships with sites quickly
- You’ll ideally have previous experience working on the phone, speaking with clients and customers
- It would be great for you to have a good working knowledge of communication tools and software such as MS Office suite and Slack
