Advert Text Hays Healthcare are proud to be working with a private urgent care provider with Urgent Care Centre in Northampton.
We are wanting to speak with Advanced Practitioners (Emergency Care Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners) who would be interested in supporting their Integrated Urgent Care Service, by providing primary care within an out of hours setting. Workingwithin the team the post holder will support the service in meeting the needs of service users by providing enhanced clinical assessment and diagnosis via telephone triage or home visits. They will also provide clinical advice and support to the multi-disciplinaryteam, that they will be a part of.
- Relevant masters level modules
- Qualifications for independent/supplementary prescribing
- Relevant active registration
- At least 2 years of experience in a primary care environment
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience as a clinician
