**What You Will Do**

**Efficient Purchase Order Management**: Utilize Basware & SWAN to process purchase order invoices swiftly and accurately.

**Strategic Procurement**: Procure competitive quotes and execute orders to ensure seamless operations.

**Production Support**: Collaborate closely with Production Cell Team Leaders to progress SWAN MRP purchase orders and manage stock inventory effectively.

**Meticulous Oversight**: Ensure meticulous closure of SWAN orders and invoices, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

**Client Engagement**: Facilitate communication with clients and sub-contractors to coordinate site visitations and foster strong relationships.

**Administrative Excellence**: Assist with a range of office and site services duties, including time sheet processing, quote generation, and data input, ensuring smooth operations at every level.

**Team Collaboration**: Actively participate in weekly planning meetings, contributing insights and concluding action points with the site team.
