Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate telecom infrastructure projects within designated zones, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • System Management: Utilise project management and telecom systems to monitor project progress, track resources, and manage documentation.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients within the zone of interest, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and other key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a coordination role within the telecom or utilities industry.
  • Strong proficiency in using project management systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
