**The Role**

We're searching for a tech-savvy Guest Services Agent who thrives in a structured, dynamic, remote work environment. This position is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging technology to provide exceptional customer service and comfortable adhering to a fixed shift schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

Consistent Availability: Work assigned shifts (must be 9am-5pm) to ensure continuous support for our guests.

Tech Proficiency: Efficiently manage multiple platforms and communication channels to support guest needs.

Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service from pre-booking to post-stay, making each guest's experience memorable.

Operational Coordination: Utilise the provided laptop and phone to communicate with team members/trades contractors and manage tasks effectively.

Policy Adherence: Follow company rules and procedures meticulously, contributing to our team's success.
