**The Role**

We’re looking for someone who is just as passionate as us when it comes to driving performance and setting Teammates up for success.

The Learning & Development team are at the start of an exciting journey and the Performance Coach will play a huge part in its success, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious and really wants to make an impact and be part of something exceptional.

The role will see you welcome new Teammates through induction and drive performance of existing Teammates using a variety of different coaching approaches. You will inspire Teammates to explore their potential, using your knowledge and experience in an energetic contact centre environment. As a Performance Coach, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.

This role is especially rewarding, you’ll see the impact you make each day through coaching and other development approaches, ensuring new Teammates excel in their role. You’ll also be rewarded with a performance bonus through hitting agreed KPI’s.

**What You Can Expect to Be Doing**
- Welcome and develop new Teammates through induction delivery.
- Analyse performance trends of individual teammates to identify focus areas for coaching.
- Educate on and empower SMART goals with Teammates to drive clarity and motivation.
- Design learning material aligned to LOVE design principals, including coaching sessions, reports and communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate behavioural changes as a result of your coaching.

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as a Performance Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Can demonstrate a variety of different coaching approaches.
- Proven track record in driving performance.
- Experienced in creating tailored coaching plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience in contact centre sales is an advantage.
