We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, Training Lead to support our Hospital Services function within our growing business to ensure that we continue to deliver market leading patient care.

To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate in ensuring a first class service is delivered to our business. You will be key in driving performance and setting teammates up for success. Including the research, design, delivery, and evaluation of highly effective process and system training across the teams within our Hospital Services Operation (Contact Centre, Bookings, Referrals, Post-Op, Transport Admin).
Working closely with the Senior L&D Manager, you will ensure that time, cost, and quality is always adhered to. To work on the definition and development of excellent, engaging content that is created from methodologies and theories to support management essentials, as well as maintaining competence levels of those working in Hospital Services, ensuring that value is added to the content delivered. This is underpinned by specific recognised learning design methods, equipping all employees to develop within their role.
This is a key role for us and the right individual will need to demonstrate consistency, a passion to bring out the best in people, and great execution from the outset.
**Salary and benefits**:
- £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- 37.5 hrs per week, Mon - Fri
- 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Annual pay reviews.

- 2 x annual bonuses (up to 5% of annual salary based on individual and company performance).

**Who we are looking for**:
- A strong background in Learning & Development including performance management.
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment
- Experience as a Performance Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role
- The ability to demonstrate different methods of coaching and mentoring to drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and achieve positive outcomes**.**:
- Ability to being to design, deliver and evaluate Hospital Services training across the area.
- Great working knowledge of the latest instructional learning theories and methodologies
- Ability to evolve and develop in line with the latest learning theories and methodologies.
- Flexibility as travel to our office hub based in Hull will be required
