Page Personnel has partnered with a large Not-for-Profit client in Leeds City Centre in the recruitment of a IT Administrator to support the IT function on a wide range of projects.
**Description**
Key responsibilities include
- Provide support for issues or requests related to projects and follow up with managers through to resolution.
- Liaise with Support teams & 3rd party suppliers to escalate issues.
- Creation of presentation materials suitable for senior management, may be required on occasion.
- Assist in the preparation and management of effective standard operating procedures.
- Operate and maintain a robust, accurate and secure filing system within SharePoint that is easy to navigate by all staff.
- Assist in the receipt of payments for services in accordance with existing procedures and audit guidelines.
**Profile**
- Experience of working in an Administrative role.
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative and as part of a team with a positive attitude and excellent customer focus approach to work.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and telephone manner.
**Job Offer**
