**Job Title**: Property Support Helpdesk Coordinator

**Salary**: £22,144.94 per annum

**Hours**: 37.5 per week

**Contract**: 6 month fixed term contract

**Location**: Milton Keynes, Office based role

**The role will involve**:

- Build relationships and help deliver an effective property support service to schools.
- Ensure that all reactive and planned maintenance tasks for individual schools are actioned and kept fully updated on the FM database system.
- Develop an understanding and rapport with contractors to enable clear and open communication.
- Ensure that documentation is filed correctly for the client schools.
- To keep Helpdesk Manager abreast of any developments with contractors or clients.
- Deal with daily administration and paperwork.
- Help to build an approved list of contractors and suppliers to ensure that issues can be dealt with to a high standard, meeting and in cases exceeding customer expectation.
- To assist and carry out analysis and data checks as required by Property Support Managers.
- Any other duties in line with the salary and grade of this position, reasonably required and are deemed to be normally acceptable within the skill set of the job holder.
- Ensure the development and progression of equality within the sphere of responsibility of this post and the fair and equal treatment of all colleagues and clients.

**Health and Safety**
- Take responsibility for personal health and safety ensuring that all accidents and near misses are reported and where spotted, hazards are highlighted to the company Health and Safety Officer.

**What we are looking for**:

- The ideal applicant with have experience working in a customer focussed environment and have experience liaising with contractors.
- Ability to use dedicated computer software (with training).
- Ability to demonstrate drive and self-motivation as well as a strong work ethic.
- The applicant will be expected to manage their own given workload, reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, and support the Property Advisors where required.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and excellent customer service.

The role is an office-based role, working from Milton Keynes.
