Job title: Admin/Receptionist

Location: Plans4Rehab, Barclay House 165 Barclay Road, Leicester LE3 0JE

Rate Of Pay: £11.50

Shift Patterns: Days 40 hours a week contract

Information about the Role:
Working as a Admin/Receptionist at Plan4rehab your duties will include the following:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the service.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Making travel arrangements for staff when required.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Greeting guests on arrival
- Liaising with Doctors and medical staff Re paper work

Information about the Service: Barclay House provides a safe and therapeutic environment in which a dedicated team will support you on your Brain Injury Rehabilitation journey. Acquired brain injury (ABI) refers to any type of brain damage that occurs after birth. It can include damage sustained by infection, disease, lack of oxygen or a blow to the head. We recognise that you should only be in inpatient services for the minimum amount of time necessary and we will engage with your community team to support a safe discharge into the community. We aim to put you at the centre of your rehabilitation, supporting you to live as independently as possible.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
Someone who has a real passion for caring and helping people.
- Ideally 1 - years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Good Excel Skills, Access skills and good eye for detail.
- Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
- Have the right to the work in the UK
- Experience in Care environment
