We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health in Keighley, West Yorkshire. This is a temporary position with a start date of 22/02/2024 and an end date of 22/02/2024.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans that promote recovery and improve the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing and evaluating the mental health needs of patients
- Developing and implementing care plans based on individual needs
- Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of care plans
- Providing therapeutic interventions and support to patients
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of group therapy sessions
- Offering advice and guidance to patients' families and carers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with patients, their families, and a range of healthcare professionals. You must also have a compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those living with mental health conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse qualification (RMN)
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift. All payments will be made via PAYE.
