As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' mental health needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

You will work closely with service users to promote recovery and independence, while also providing emotional support and guidance to their families and carers. Additionally, you will participate in risk assessments, crisis interventions, and liaise with external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
