This is an incredible opportunity for a skilled administrator with experience in a client-facing or membership support role to join our leading organisation.

The Role

As a Regional Support Officer, you will provide direct support to our network of members across two of our regions: North East England, and Yorkshire and Humber.

Supporting the development of our member engagement strategy, you will advise and signpost groups to our member support services and benefits.

You will also assist the Regional Manager, supporting the effective delivery of key thematic partnerships and projects and ensuring all monitoring and evaluation requirements are met.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Keep our membership database and other documents up to date
- Support the organisation and administration of member events
- Assist with content creation for member and volunteer communications
- Support the recruitment and deployment of our team of volunteers and volunteer consultants

About You

**To be considered as a Regional Support Officer, you will need**:

- Experience working in a client facing or membership support role
- Experience working in a highly skilled administration role
- Experience of administering programmes and/or projects to a high standard
- Experience of database management

The closing date for this role is 5pm on Friday 15th December 2023.

Interviews will be held on 9th and 11th January 2024.
