Our Client based in the York Ring Road are recruiting for an Administrator to join their busy team.

Working Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.30pm and Friday 8.45am-5.00pm - Office based

Salary £19-22,000 depending on experience


This main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support on a variety of projects in the Digital team.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Research, quoting and ordering of equipment/parts
  • Capturing information of support tickets for users
  • Updating asset logging
  • Dropoff/Pickup of equipment and supplies for multipledepartments
  • Managing users accounts across various systems
  • Collating of invoices
  • Proofreading
  • Helping to test new systems and designs

Attributes Required:

  • IT experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Driving licence is essential due to pick ups and deliveries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, the use of MS office, word and excel and similar workplace tools.
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail.
