**Nursery Administrator**

Paper Moon Day Nurseries was established in 1990 and we now operate 8 nurseries across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. We are a family run business that prides itself on offering a warm and friendly nursery environment for the children, parents and staff.

The Nursery Administrator is an essential part of our team and we are currently looking to enhance our team to support our ever increasing administrative tasks.

The hours are between 25-30 hours per week for 51 weeks (term time position considered)

**In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Administrator, you will need**:

- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- To be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- GCSE English and Maths
- Previous experience of working in an Early Years administrative role is desirable

**Your role as Nursery Administrator will include**:

- General admin, filing, typing, answering the door, liaising with parents and staff
- Supporting the registration paperwork relating to new starters at the nursery
- Supporting the Nursery Management team with collation of information and data

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £14,196.00 per year
