To act as the first point of contact for general recruitment enquiries from staff and managers within the organisation, providing general advice and support on the recruitment procedures and processes.
- To manage all stages of the recruitment process from approved vacancy to appointee start date within a designated area or for dedicated recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure all staff are employed in accordance with Trent Cliffs Recruitment and Selection policy and procedure and current legislation.
- Responsible for the administering of pre-employment checks and procedures as appropriate including references, Occupational Health clearance, validation of right to work, disclosure and barring checks, etc.
- To support with Trent Cliffs assessment and recruitment days.
- To assist with the production and analysis of reports on recruitment activity.
- To ensure that KPI’s are met and where they are unable to be met, that the issue is escalated as appropriate.
- Provide a high quality confidential and comprehensive administrative service.
